Meet Daniel

Hey there! I’m a visual storyteller and creative problem solver with a professional background in advertising, marketing and photography with +9 years of design and agency experience. Born in Venezuela and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, I’ve grown up with a love for telling stories, capturing memories, making human connections, soaking up culture, and staying curious.

My experience has led me to working across multiple creative disciplines and a variety of industries from consumer goods and b2b to tourism and government. Naturally, with so many varying roles across so many industries, I’ve pushed myself to pick up a lot of knowledge along the way. Whether that’s training myself how to animate in After Effects, learning how to make TikToks that resonate with audiences, adapting how to use AI to enhance my creative workflow, or wireframing and designing interactive prototypes, I am always looking to see how I can incorporate new technology into my creative toolbox. Having worked with a lot of different types of folks from brand managers to developers, I’ve also learned that my love language is collaboration and constructive criticism, because being able to process and incorporate feedback is the only way to be a better creative.

All that considered, I like to think that my curiosity and passion for learning help me get closer to doing what I love to do - helping connect brands to their audience through the power of story.

Beyond all that though, that sense of curiosity has led me all over the world in search of meaningful relationships, awe-inspiring natural beauty, public transportation that just makes sense, happy memories, and really, really good food. That’s what life is all about.

    Role:
    Cultivated and sustained robust relationships with clients, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction. Played a pivotal role in brand building by strategizing and implementing effective content strategies. Led creative projects from briefing to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality creative. Oversaw a diverse team of contractors, including designers, copywriters, video editors, photographers, and stylists, to execute high-quality productions. Led on-set direction for photoshoots for scrappy and large budget productions. Consistently produced measurable results by bringing creative visions to life that resonated with audiences.
